Matt Hostetler

Matt Hostetler joined Kite in 2019 as Head of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Kite, Matt was Vice President of Human Resources at Gilead, where he led several global HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, HR Information Systems, and Mobility. Before Gilead, Matt held HR leadership positions at Amgen and Honeywell.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resources from The Ohio State University.
