Cara Bauer

Cara Bauer joined Kite in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources (HR).
Cara brings to Kite more than 25 years of experience in global human resources strategy and implementation specializing in the biopharmaceutical, technology and entertainment industries. Before joining Kite, she served as the Global Head of HR for the Entertainment Division at Riot Games. Prior to Riot Games, Cara held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Netflix, Amgen, Gartner and Novo Nordisk.
Cara received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
